People & Enterprises LLC is a subsidiary of MACOM de Venezuela. Macom has been in business for the last 25 years. Since the beginning, Macom de Venezuela has been on the edge of technology. The company was one of the pioneers of information technology management in Venezuela. For the first part of its development, Macom focused on the production and installation of administrative systems. Later, it evolved with technology and started offering hardware and software development on demand.

In the 1990s, Macom de Venezuela focused on IT services and it specialized in technological support to end users and hardware and software maintenance, specializing in the oil industry. During this period, Macom expanded its office network to serve customers better. This service is still active and Macom de Venezuela serves Refineria Isla (Curacao, Netherlands Antilles).

In 2004, Macom de Venezuela started looking for new business opportunities and found an interesting niche in Internet. Lately, Macom de Venezuela decided to start operations in Florida, to diversify its customer base. This decision also entailed the investment in the WSI franchise, which is the main business in Florida.
